What data is collected?
Only that personal data is collected that is necessary to comply with a certain part of our services or to send you information.
That could be:
- First name and last name
- Email address
In addition, the responsible owner of this website can also store additional data, such as a telephone number, your department, your class, a membership number...
Why are your personal data kept?
Your personal data will be used for a specific purpose (and only for that purpose) with the following legal bases:
- Communication in connection with your loan or reservations
- Identification on the website, so that you can monitor your lending or reservations yourself, create a favorites list or manage other personal lists
No marketing profiles are created on the basis of entered data. An exception to this is only possible with your explicit permission.
How long is your data kept?
